Service Delivery - Electricity

My pre paid meter box stopped working yesterday 14/12/2017 and I could not load my electricity. This morning I was at their offices At 8:20 I was given a reference 228/15 and advised to go home and wait for the City of Tshwane representatives 20:10 still waiting
