Service delivery

Good day, I'm very disappointed with the service I receive from the municipality after logging many calls due to my electricity,my electricity went off on Saturday 06/06/26 till today I have been sent back and forth with stories that they will send a technician to come fix it but no one has ever come, I called them several times already, they are busy telling me that they will escalate my call.its been 5 days now without power .I am really disappointed by there service. Hopefully someone will come help me soon
