Scheduled Buses Don't Arrive

My daughter relies on the Faerie Glen bus to get to and from university. Four times in the last two weeks, the 6:45am bus simply did not come. She has waited at the bus stop at the corner of Stonewall and Koedoeberg from 6:45am - the time the bus leaves the station - until 7:30am. When we call to complain, they take our details down - and that's the last we hear of it. She has no back up to get to class, and if she misses too many classes, she will be prevented from writing exams at the end of the year. Surely it can't be hard to run the buses according to schedule? Or create an APP that shows where the buses are in real time and where you can provide real time feedback. This is simply not acceptable.
