Rude and ***********

Tshwane claims to be the best service delivery agency in the country, which is absolute bull. Their consultants are rude, *********** and useless. Telling paying customers that they dont pay their accounts correctly and are absolutely unhelpful and they need to realise if we stop paying, they wont get salaries and if i pay for a service and send the proof of payment through i expect to have my services restored. I am fed up with bad attitudes and non-existent service delivery.
