Rude and Dismissal Customer Care Agent!

I called in on Monday, 07/09/2026 to follow up on tickets Me and my neighbor logged on Sunday, 06/09/2026 due to Power failure. When I tell you the rudeness of the Agent who took my call, she was literally yawning and sighing on the phone while I'm on the phone like a very tired person. She did not bother to ask or at least "pretend" to care what was my problem was. Instead she said the ""Line" is to long as per my ticket number, Technician will come". Dismissing me just like that.

What does "long line" have to do with me? I need service delivery from the municipality I pay literally every month with failure. "Long line" is not my problem, manage it COT. That's what we pay for.

I literally told her that she's very rude to be doing that job and very dismissal towards me.
