******* in dustbin on the street

I had dried berry branches in the dustbin..no trash just the branches right at the bottom of the dustbin. The trash truck came and the guy just empted the dustbin in my drive way. I went out and spoke to them,he said they refuse to take them. I told him I would report him and he shouted go ahead. I phoned our municipality and spoke to a person named Sipho. He threw the phone down in my ear. I phoned again and a lady gave me a number that doesn't work. There were the truck was standing is trash every where in the road. Last week those guys said they take all the palm branches if we leave them 2 litres of coke. We pay our bill in advance every month and expect that what's in the dustbin to be taken away to the dumps..Because I wont supply a bribe they refuse to empty our dustbin.
