ROTTEN SERVICE FROM ABUSIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS

my electricity was incorrectly disconnected. i didnt receive a letter stating i was in arrears, instead this guy just shows up at my door to disconnect my prepaid electricity. i went to their offices and simply paid cz i knew i wudnt win th battle even if i tried. i paid at 2pm and it takes at least 4-6 hours...8:30pm and these three idiots show up at my block to reconnect another flat wr the guy only called at 5pm... i physically went to their offices at 2pm and they tell me they did not receive a job card to reconnect my house...with an attitude the women told me a lot of nonsense that i cannot write here, i felt compelled to take their car registration and i intend to report these women because i will not be sworn like that at my house... be careful of registration number DC70FD GP..they even threatened they would make sure my lights dont come back on and when i retaliated they threatened to beat me up... as it turns out tonight me and my family will sleep hungry in a dark house because we used our last money to pay our account(in advance if i may add) these people offer bad service because they know we need them and cannot get the service anywhere else!! really disappointed!
