Rogue metro police and police officers at Greef street, Sunnyside

I bought a unit at Greef street, Sunnyside and for the past 2 years our property value is crashing due to off-duty metro officers and police officers who have turned our street into a smelly, rotten and crime ridden place. We cant call the metro police or police officers because its their colleagues. We are tired the street has no lights, I bought a unit as an investment and now I must live in fear of these ********* in uniform, we cant report them because of fear of retaliation. Greef street was once a quiet and clean street with no issues and now these off-duty metro officers and police officer park their cars everywhere from the pavement to the road, we cant even drive past, invite their friends and family members and come drink and urinate on our street. The thing that angers me the most is that these people don't even reside on our street. They grab woman's behinds when they pass by and will insult the women when they reject their advances. How can we be terrorised by law enforcement personnel, who will protect us when they are the perpetrators of ******** activities in Sunnyside.
