Risk to Human Life

We have been without electricity for days, we called the municipality numerous of times and they have sent through people to check our electricity box twice (for the meter) however they have sent the wrong department to fix the situation, there are live cables outside of the box which are sparking and if anyone touches these cables they WILL DIE. The voltage is extremely high and with the rain predicted to come there is massive issues at play. Not only is this a major safety risk to human and animal life but it has cost us a lot in food as everything has defrosted and gone off. This situation seems fruitless and concern from municipality clearly doesn’t exist.
