RIDICULOUSLY EXCESSIVE ELECTRICITY BILLING

Excessive electricity billing the month of March the bill was R322 for as for April the bill comes back amounting R1300, and for the whole week of easter me and my flatmate went for easter holidays at our respective homes, it is unfair that we have to pay such a huge amount. and we only switch on the geyser for one hour in the morning and in the evening, from 07:00 - 17:00 we not at the flat. it will be highly appreciated if hellopeter can assist us because this is now getting out of hands
