Ridiculous Billing of water Usage

Been trying to call the call center for the last 2 days without any luck.<br> <br> First it was property rates that I had to make arrangements for them for and now it's billing of water and this prove again that somebody from Tshwane is not doing his/her job and if Tshwane is voted the best City it's not by merit...<br> <br> Somebody from Tshwane has to stand up from his/her comfortably chair and start doing their job,its very alarming that in two months been charged almost R9000 for only water,no swimmimg pool,no garden and spending less time at home.<br> <br> There are people that are employed to taking miter readings monthly but on your statement you will find that your usage was estimated and 'am surprised because someone has to question that or are these people reporting to themselves???<br> <br> I am really disappointed because Tshwane is claimimg to be the number 1 City...<br>
