Refuse Bin Application

Its been six months since i app**** for a Refuse Bin with City of Tshwane and i still havent received feedback let alone the Bin, i mean what do they think im using since they want to issue these, i mean we pay so that we can the resources we require from them but instead we are not given these, they don't even have the audacity to get back to me. Its clear that these people are getting paid for doing nothing.
