Refundable Deposit

My partner had organised a baby shower for me on the 25 August 2018 at Fountains Valley at City of Tshwane Municipality, what a shocking experience it was.

My partner was quoted and on the day of the event he paid R850 refundable deposit and the pop was sent to Dirk Muller who happens to be the park manager. The even went well until when I had to request my refund, what a shocking experience we have received.

To date we haven't been paid back our deposit money which now going to almost a month and all we get from the person call Eldre is that head of department needs to sign it off and we will let you know.

How long should someone wait for their had earned money and be told that someone needs to sign off the money and after countless mails requesting for this useless persons mail who has to sign off my money, I am given a run around and told the same story.

I had sick and tired of being told stories and only need my money back, I will also bee posting on facebook exposing the experience from City of Tshwane treatment on how they are treating people who pay tgem on time but when they have to pay it's a shocking experience.

I want the head of the department to contact my partner with a reason why he is not yet paid back his money and also a date when his money will be paid back.

Iwe urgently need feedback about this because this Eldre woman whom I know it's not her fault is not giving me the head of the department contact details in order for me to speak to him/her to give our money back. Thank
