Good day,<br> <br> After numerous calls, emails and visits to City Of Tshwane since October 2014 our Company (Lanissa Traders Holdings) is still awaiting our deposit refund for electricity (R3500). At the Lyttleton branch they've attempted twice to escalate the matter, but the \escalation department"is not reading and/or responding to their emails since January 2015. In November 2014 I was CC into an internal email sent to the refund department"
