This entity bears the most incompetence in customer service. On the 23rd of this month my query was escalated to Lebogang Mokoka to assist and till date no attendance of it or whatsoever. What a distasteful experience for a law abiding citizen who pays her obligations of monthly rates. We have lost faith in government sectors as they lack customer orientation, these entities are rotten to the core!, I'm disgruntled and severely disappointed.
