Reconnection

On the 22 electricity was cut-off from the pole because I didn't honour a one month of arrangements, never mind that I made sure on Friday 24th I went to Soshanguve Municipaly to make arrangements again, R2033 was requested from me as a 60% of the bill, I did pay that same day, I asked when will the lights be on as I have a nine month old baby, I was promised by Letsoalo that a job card has been send out , reconnection will be done. To my amazement till this morning no reconnection done and nothing has been said, I was wondering how do I cope with a small baby in a house without lights, and what is it that need to be done after you have paid to get reconnected again, please give me clarity on this so I can do it, so I can get reconnection again. Service delivery is so so poor in Soshanguve.
