RAW SEWERAGE floating in my Yard

We have reported RAW SEWERAGE that is flowing out of the Manhole in my yard, on Friday, 23 January 2016 with Ref No. 717346 at the City of Tshwane Municipality. Sewerage is literally streaming down the side of my house and in my garden!<br> <br> When following this up with Tshwane on Monday, 26 January 2016, I got the response that the matter should have been resolved already and is showing on their side that it has been completed. NO ONE was even there to take a look at the problem!<br> <br> I reported this again on 26 January 2016 with new Ref. No. 718205. AGAIN on following up with Tshwane, I got the same reply - it was attendend to and resolved. Needless to say, no one was there.<br> <br> Every time I phone Tshwane I just get the same response - they will escalate the issue and/or will mark it as urgent.<br> <br> Surely this must be a HEALTH RISK??<br> <br> Any advise as to what I can do or who I can contact?
