RAW SEWERAGE floating in my Yard!

We have reported RAW SEWERAGE that is flowing out of the manhole in my yard with City of Tshwane Municipality on Friday, 23 January 2016 - Ref No. 717346.<br> <br> Sewerage is literally streaming down the side of my house!<br> <br> When following this up with Tshwane on Monday, 26 January 2016, I got the response that the matter showed as resolved on their side.<br> <br> I reported the issue again with them, with new Ref No. ***. AGAIN on following up again on 28 January 2026, I got the same reply - it was attended to and resolved.<br> <br> Needless to say, up to date, NO ONE was there!<br> <br> Surely this must be a HEALTH issue?<br> <br> Any advise as to what I can do or whom I can contact?
