I sold my flat in Pretoria Acardia and paid premiums until December for the attorneys to receive the clearance certificate and the sale of the flat was completed 31/10/2015 and Jan Badenhorst in the finance dept confirmed that my refund was R316.86 on the 07th Of November and the forms were completed and send back to them and every week since <br> then I have been told that the process has been completed the Conveyancer will be called to collect the cheque and nothing has been done todate
