Rates Account - R de Vries no. ***

My Property Rates account has been overcharged since 7 September 2005.<br> I've been charged rates on a vacant stand instead of an already developed stand (the Occupation Certificate was issued on 7 September 2005).<br> The Rates were corrected with effect from 1 July 2013 and a credit has been given for this.<br> The Rates should be corrected from 7 September 2005. The corrected amount should be paid out to me and should include interest.<br> The applicable account no. is *** (the account no. was changed to *** in Sep 2015).<br> I queried this account (verbally) shortly after the Occupation Certificate was issued and was told that the account was correct. I also faxed 'Update/New Contact Information' to the municipality in January 2008.
