Ratepayers you are not heard

I have been complaining for a number of years about our neighbours who maintain part of their manufacturing business (pizza ovens) on their residential property. Tonight the mixer/blender for their cement (presumably) ran full-force throughout the night. This may sound completely absurd, but I am living proof of how much one may suffer if you don't sleep properly at night because the authorities do not seem to have the power to stop such people.<br> Numerous City of Tshwane municipality employees have been copied in on e-mails requesting them to address the matter (by a number of other employees) and there has been an improvement, but how long (how many years?) do they need to resolve this issue? <br> In a next report, I include the names of more employees who could not solve this matter.
