R890.91 CHARGED FOR JUST DISCONNECTION LETTERS

Good Day I am very upset because City of Tshwane is taking advantage of people how can they charge R890.91 just for demand letters and then after that they changed interest.<br> <br> Just imagine I wanted to keep my account on tract but now is up again because they say its a punishment for July when i did not pay on time. I know i did not pay on time but how can they charge the poor so much just for printing the brown letter and the red letter for demand.<br> <br> Another thing is that the letter comes the day they desconnect not even before, they bring both letters the same day and disconnect the same day then next month they charge R890.91 for those letters<br> <br> I only received the letters the day they disconnected.<br> <br> R890.91 just for disconnection letters is too much, where will they poor get this money from, City of Tshwane can charge for letter of demand but this much is abuse.
