R46k account for burst underground main supply pipes in Moreleta

<p>There have now been 4 separate occurences of burst main water supply pipe into Moreleta Ext 17 in the last 18 months on the same stretch of road. As a result 2 plumbers have said this caused a burst main supply pipe to my house from pressure 2 metres underground at our property. No surface water otherwise we would have seen it and reported it.</p> <p> </p> <p>We received a R46k bill from the city because of the poor maintenance and water usage. This can be right.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are just being *****ed more and more as the days go by!</p>
