Property tax account noty transfered, 19 Months

I am still receiving property bills for a property that was sold on the 1st of October 2013. This is now 19 months ago. On the 2nd of October 2013 the city of Tshwane received the application for refund of assessment rates and change of ownership by the transfer attorney.<br> <br> The account was paid in advance approximately R1 600.00 on the 1st of October 2013.<br> <br> I keep on getting final SMS demands for the payment of the property rates.<br> <br> I have been phoning the city of Tshwane on a monthly basis for the last 19 months and Tshwane has promised me every time that they will phone me back and sort out the problem.<br>
