Promises not Kept

<p>Okay, so what else is new? Log a call for electricty prepaid meter failure, and get a bunch of empty promises - "your call will definitely be attended to today"...RIGHT!!! This started yesterday at 06:30 am already...still waiting and have made around 8 calls by now. Fantastically helpful and friendly call centre staff, but the rest sucks! I wish we could actually get an electricity supplier where we don't have to go through the municipality because the municipality just doesn not care about the people living in it's borders :-(</p>
