Prepaid meters always faulty.

One would think when tshwane would come out to fix a prepaid meter, that is acting up, that they would use a working meter when replacing it - after all I did buy it working and new.

But no, whenever they would come to inspect what is faulty and would replace it, the replacement would be an old USED meter - sometimes even with missing part like the battery holder or the battery holder would be broken. It seems like they just take the meter that someone else properly had a problem with and give it to you, while taking your problamatic meter to the next customer that would report a problem with theirs.

But I think the latest acting up of my prepaid meter is the best of all those that I've ever reported. It registered a ~150Kw usage in under an hour. And I hope that its replacement will be a working, new one like I initially bought!!!
