Prepaid Meter Retrofit delayed

I app**** for a prepaid meter retrofit on the 1st August 2015, i was told by the consultant that it take less than 3 months, I have logged several queries and complaints on the eTshwane website. I have called the call centre and other numbers to that department to no avail.<br> <br> I have paid for this service but it has not been done and no one has given me any feedback on when it will be done.
