Prepaid Electricity Meter Box

My prepaid electricity meter box was rejecting new electricity voucher numbers,I went to report to the Municipality in Rabie Street on 03.04.24 , was given a reference number and Edward assisted very patiently and professional and said technicians will be sent to fix my problem. Around 14h00 same day technicians came , fixed my problem and was given a new prepaid electricity box. All the consultants at the Municipality were very helpful and polite with me.
