Pre-paid meter box

I did the application on the 3rd July 2015 for pre-paid meter box to be installed in my house, now when I call the city of Tshwane customer care , I was told to wait for a period of 3-6 months , in order for them to do the installation, when I asked them what number are we in the waiting list, the answer was they don't nkow and they can't find my application hence there is proof of payment in place, now my bill is going higher each and every month . The main reason for prepaid meter box application was to manage high bills.<br> <br> Please feedback on the above complain as a matter of agency , we are getting frustrated with high bills.
