Power shortage

Hello On Sunday evening there was a thunderstorm and it cut my electricity off. Only me in this block experienced such. So I called the city of tshwane call center to seek for help and I've been waiting since. From Sunday evening to Tuesday today. I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous. Is this what I'm paying tax for?.. Unbelievable.
