POWER OUTTAGE

we have been experiencing power outages because of the street poles in our area for over a month now, The City of Tshwane brings in these Sub contractors that don't know what they are doing , they don't know anything about lights, they fix at night cuz they need overtime money after they leave the same cables they were fixing explode on again on the street, they come again and fix and again same issue, these guys don't know what they are doing , every time Tshwane sends us these Sub contractors that don't know anything, please assist us with this REF NUMBER 1183/27
