Power outages!!

We constantly have power outages every 2nd day here in queenswood pretoria and every day they come up with a different excuse. Terrible service. Who wil replace my 100k computer that i built since no one is addressing the power issue. Who wil pay for my food every night since i cant make food to eat cause once again there is no power. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
