Power out, no assistance fom City of Tshwane

We received the above-mentioned Ref 626/6 when calling the City of Tshwane for urgent assistance.

The advisor says that a technician needs to come for a " temper code" with no feedback whatsover.

Now we have to stay in the dark with cold water when the problem is from City of Tshwane and their Landis+ Gyr meter system. This is not the service I pay for.
