power failure ref 575/13

<p>I reported an incident 13 July 2016 7pm that the box that there is smoke coming out from the box next to my yard and that coursed us not to have electricity.I called today for follow up Ntombi and collette made a fool of me put me on hold 45minutes all I needed is JanCo Mokwenas number or to speak to the supervisor in that department and they ended up dropping my call. I very disappointed with the service I got today. *********** people who have no answer for every question I asked. they don't even have telephone attiqutte . this is the 2nd time I'm left with no electricity Saturday and Sunday then yesterday and today in this cold winter they even gave me the wrong email address for the person in charge </p>
