Power failure & Government Failing to Restore

Power failure at my house only at Nellmapius Ext1, issue was logged at 19:20pm on the 14thth December 2020. Was given a reference numbers d all. Come the 15th December 2020, I had to call them 20 times and even went to their dispatch branch in Mamelodi and was told they will only send a technician on Monday the 21st.

How does a family spend 6 days without electricity while paying rates & taxes. This ANC Government is failing its citizens.
