POWER CUT OFF

I am the owner of 307 Koopkrag Flats 217 Johannes Ramokhoase Street (Proes Street) PTA and do rent the<br> flat to Mrs MM Swartz. On 11 Febr Wednesday night I believe the people of Tshwane came to cut some of the power and they have to cut flat 301 but they cut flat 307 which is a pre-paid meter. On Friday 13 Febr. I have to go to Tshwane and stand in a queue at counter 5 only to hear after half an hour that they want proof of my payments and then I had to ran to the bank get the proof go back to counter five stand in a queue again then the lady who helped me previously call me and help me and then told me that we will be connected again. Today is 16 February and still we are not connected but the culprit at 301 still have power and was never cut. I want to know what happened Wednesday they gave a ref nr 939/11 after numerous calls Friday night and the whole Saterday nothing happened it was only promises. They did call me Friday 3 o 'clock but could not take their call and up to now nobody called again to tell me what is the problem. All I want to know can we please get the power on again.
