Possible Municipality ***** ****

My vehicle tyre was damaged by a pothole on 13-Mar-2014 and had to be replaced.<br> I submitted a claim to Tshwane Municipality on 9-Apr-2014.<br> My claim was approved on 14-Aug-2014.<br> I was notified on 9-Sep-2014 and accepted the payout offer on 11-Sep-2014.<br> <br> It is now almost two years since the damage and no money has been paid out to me.<br> All communication from me is being ignored.<br> <br> I am concerned that this money might have been paid out to someone else and that this is not a single occurrence.
