Poor,disgusting service with City of Tshwane

I must said it has been 3days since I logged a call that I have a drainage problem and as a result we can not use the outside tap or toilet as poo is just coming out.They have been promising"today,today" ,till now and nothing has happened.

I am disappointed and disgusted with our municipality especially as I ensure to pay my bills monthly,and this is the kind of support one gets.Really?
