POOR work ethics from Tshwane Municipality!

#City_Of_Tshwane_Municipality!!!

We reported a blocked sewage drain to Tshwane Municipality on Saturday morning, we received a reference number & we were assured that someone will attend to it. Today is Tuesday and we still have a blocked drain!!! We keep doing follow-ups and they keep saying someone is on the way! It's so inconveniencing as we can't leave our home as we have to wait for "the rain" that ain't coming!!!!!!!

We called someone to help us but then it was found that the problem lies with the municipal drain outside that is right next to our home and that is affecting our drain that is in our yard. We have experienced the same problem in the past...

The sewage is getting worst by the day!!! Now approaching our kitchen door!!! This is a serious health ris**** Mind you we have a little girl at home... Our Jumbo (dog) is so sad now that it can't even use it's own house & everytime it has to release... it must walk through that raw sewage to go around the house.

JUST THINKING ABOUT THE SMELL MAKES ME SIC****!

Tshwane service delivery is really letting us down!!!!!!!?
