poor tswhane service horrible!!!

Thswane cut my power in Feb. 2016 while my rates and taxes was not in arrears and have a prepaid meter. They cut it always on a Friday so that you cant contact them. Monday I ask our caretaker to open the electricity box to see why I dont have power. There we discover they took the circuit breaker out. Now on my way to Tshwane offices in town. There you stand in this row for hours just to come to the front for the person to tell you but you are not in arrears. Then off to another row again for hours to report their mistake. They tell you blatently you have wait your turn so that they can put the power on. I was without power from the Friday till the Wednesday. All my food in my fridge and freeser was rotten. The best of all they charge me R800 to reconnect their mistake. That end of month I though I will pay them off, what a mistake, beginning of March they have the cheek to cut my power again, this time the power was off from the Friday till that Thursday. Tshwane send me from this end to the other. Later Tshwane send a electrician to see what was wrong, there we discover that my db board has blown. I had to pay a private electician to fix my DB board temperarily and with the power that come on my freezer burnt out. This time I was from the Friday till the Friday without electricity. I gave them 2 claim the one in February and the other in March, they only register the first claim. Every year Mr. Ndlovo send a letter that they still look in to the matter. This year I had to take of at work to find out why does it take so long. They send me a letter back that they have no record for a letter of demand, they will not have one because it was no. 15 that was in arrears and not 13. I send a letter of the caretaker that saw the cutting list with no. 15 on and not 13. They just brush the matter under the carpet. I have news for them, I will go to the mayor of Tshwane if they dont look in to the matter and come back with an answer. It was their people that they appoint that cant see the difference between a 3 and a 5.
