poor services

they claim that my lights are off but I have never had my electricity cut off,and they advised me to write an affidavit which I did and now they issued me with a final demand ,I tried to make arrangement but they said I cant as I am not on arrears,but now my account is on arrears they want me to pay before the can make those arrangement ,mind you I owe them R1200 and they want me to payR900 Deposit .I even asked them does it really make sense to make arrangement for R 300, they only gave me this answer \its our policy"even the guy they call account manager JOE is very much *********** to be a manager "
