Poor service received from City of Tshwane

Poor service received from the Call Center and the so called "dispatch team". I have reported electricity 3 days ago and nobody came to assist me and when I call the Call Centre I have beeen told repeatedly that they're escalating the matter and making a follow up, but nothing is different everytime I call to make follow up. Electricity departments have not contacted me yet. I requested that the call be closed and open a new call, but the Call centre personnel refused, but this call seemed like is being disregarded.Poor service from our Municipality...
