Poor service provision from City of Tshwane Municipality

I have sent various emails to various persons or entities at the municipality without a reply after I lodged an SMS alert to an electrical problem. I have been trying to get a reply from the municipality since Monday on an electrical fault on their cable feed to a complex of 4 townhouse units. Until now not one of the DA-led municipal entities have bothered to reply! The email follows:

Surely, by this time, any normal effective service provider would have responded to an URGENT request!!!

Good day,

We have had a solar inverter system installed at our unit 554 at Palm Villa. Because of a cable fault on the municipal cable feed our unit and the other three units in the complex, we are unable to utilise the solar system because the cable fault will damage the inverter.

The company who installed the system checked the internal cable feeding our unit and the other three units and found no fault! When the municipal cable was checked it was found that the fault was on the incoming municipal supply!

According to the installation electrician, there is a continuity fault between the live and earth on the municipal cable before the main breaker!

When will you be able to inspect and correct the problem?
