Poor Service of Centurion Buses of City of Tshwane

Good day I am writing to complain about the poor service of buses to and from Centurion. This was happening in 2017 and its still continuing in 2018. This morning 02 January 2018 06H30 bus was not available, 06H45 bus was not available. Boarding bus that departure at 07H00. And my starting time at work is 07H30. This afternoon 17H15 bus was not available. No communication no apologies. I did buy points for R500. 00 this morning. Do I buy these points to use a taxi? No ways . My budget is working around bus service. You cannot allow us to buy points whereas your service is becoming poorer. This matter is very bad. If you have service for Centurion let us be served well, if you're cancelling it let us know. Because this on and off and late reputation at work is not good. Where is Batho Pele principles PEOPLE FIRST? No this is wrong, City of Tshwane bus service is victimizing our rights now
