Poor Service from Tshwane

*** We have moved recently to a new area. The area is great but recently i discovered the streetlights in front of my house and 4 next to them is not working. the whole street light's are working except for those 4, the area around my residential adress is pitch dark at night and in the early morning.

I first contacted the care line and the lady advised she will escalate the situation. after a week a decided to e-mail where i got the above reference number with message: "we will excalatate the problem" The mail was sent between numerous staff on numerous occasions and now over a month later i do not know what else to do and no one can give an answer as to when this will sorted! I need my family to be safe and service to be delivered!!!!
