Poor service from the city of Tshwane.

Power outage ( Affecting number of houses in Garden street) since 08/05/2025 at 02:00m. Technicians went to the mini substation at 20:00 and left, saying that there's a private padlock (Why don't they cut it and replace it with municipality padlock?).... Even today we still don't have power...
