POOR SERVICE FROM EERSTERUST & WATLOO MUNICIPALITY

It does not help to be an honest citizen today, my neighbour is *****ing electricity and hell know what they did with my meter but i could not load electricity anymore and i reported it numerous times to Eersterust branch since last year Oct and finally when TSHWANE ELECTRICITY INSPECTORS came out to investigate in January they cut my electricity. I went to the EERSTERUST MUNICIPALITY to inquire and i was told that i was the ONE TAMPERING with the electricity now how can i ***** electricity and still go and complain about it i was sent to go to Watloo to speak to Thea Swarts and when i got there to speak to Thea Swarts she didn't even listen to my problem she just insisted that i never bought electricity since 2011 and i must pay the R21000 because i TAMPERED with the electricity . I am still sitting in the dark and the culprit have electricity and we all know that the culprit is not suppose to have electricity since they cables were removed years ago but they have electricity
