Poor Service

Good day. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service i got from Municipality (City of Tshwane). I dont have water since last week Saturday called them on Monday got refference number***) was told that the plumbers will come on Teusday. Everytime i call them they excalte it someone who just keep making empty promise my account is up to date have no arrears,but i dont have water. iam tired of using my airtime to get empty promise again.You Send them email no one response . CAN SOME ONE PLEASE ASSIST
