Poor service delivery in Tshwane Municipality

This is the fourth day that I am without water. After I have logged the water leak I have probably followed up 8 times on this matter but every time I am told that it is escalated. To who? This thing has been escalated so many times but nothing is happening! And I diligently pay my rates and services every month. Really makes me wonder why I do this. The municipality's ability to respond to these types of emergencies is abysmal to say the least. And with the change in politics expect it to get worse.
