Poor service delivery

Every sunday in Mamelodi east extension 5 we have power failure for more than 12 hours and the councillor is aware of that and their reporting numbers are always saying they have a high volume of calls,u will b lucky if they pick up ur calls,we are really frustrated ,their service is bad,even the councillor is ignoring our calls
